Well, it’s taken a year longer than anyone thought, but here we are! Ready to welcome you back on board for your corporate gatherings, weddings, birthdays, celebrations of life or even a just-because-we-can-have-a-party party.
Our Charter Menu has been more heavily updated since the 2020 edition, with some new hors d’oeuvre options, added luncheon options, some new food stations, new desserts, and more plant-based menu items.
Options will remain for some menu items to be individually offered as opposed to being presented as a sharing item. We understand that everyone’s comfort level is different and will assist in making you and your guests feel safe.
We are very proud to not only have maintained our core Galley crew, but expanded our team, so more in-house baking is on offer.
As always, custom menu item requests are welcomed by our chefs, so if you have something specific in mind, be it an ethnic dish, or a childhood fave, please let us know. Gives our chefs a chance to expand their culinary chops.
