Good food is one of the foundations of Pacific Yacht Charters. Not just good, rather, excellent food. We are very proud of the cuisine offered for both yacht and ‘Off-The-Boat’ catered events. With a team that has worked closely together now for several years, we have been able to hone our menu offerings while maintaining our unique West Coast style.
For 2020, our team has added more vegetarian and vegan menu items. These are easily identifiable with the legend on the righthand side of the page. As well, there is a column to indicate if a menu item is good as a ‘to-go’ item, meaning we can deliver this item ready to eat or heat and serve: no garnishing, no sauces or fuss for you to enjoy them. We invite you to read and enjoy our menus; they are available to download as a whole or in the parts you need to assist you with your event planning. As always, if you don’t see something on the menu, just ask. Our chefs are always open to prepare new menu items and expand their scope.
We are now able to offer buffet style service; however, guests will be required to use hand sanitizer before taking any items and maintain social distance in the buffet line. PYC will change or sani-wipe utensils regularly during the buffet service. Please note, that you must take a fresh plate and cutlery if you wish additional servings of any menu item from the buffet.
